This website provides information about the Malibu brand’s products, services and business activities in connection with vehicle hire.
Its content is intended for customers, dealers, partners and other interested parties in German-speaking countries and internationally.

Level of compliance with the requirements
The service mentioned above is partially compliant with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG). The following content on the website is currently not fully accessible:
Configurators
The embedded vehicle configurators can only be used to a limited extent with assistive technologies (e.g. due to missing ARIA labels or insufficient keyboard operability).
PDF documents
Some provided PDF files are not fully accessible and may not be readable by screen readers in all cases.

Disproportionate burden
Certain content, in particular external configurators and older PDF documents, cannot currently be made fully accessible for technical or economic reasons. Revising this content would represent a disproportionate burden within the meaning of § 4 BFSG. However, we are making every effort to ensure that future content is accessible or that accessible alternatives are provided.
Planned measures / implementation deadlines
We are continuously working to further improve the accessibility of our website. New content and documents are being gradually made accessible. A complete revision of the existing PDFs is planned by the end of 2025. For external content (such as configurators), we are currently exploring technical alternatives or adaptations in collaboration with the respective providers.
